Terms and Conditions for Nomadic Inn

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Nomadic Inn (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, booking a stay, or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Bookings and Reservations
Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Nomadic Inn, either by email or any other communication medium. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Deposit and Payment: To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
Cancellation Policy: Guests must notify us of any cancellations in writing. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
Cancellations made 1 month prior to check-in: Full refund.
Cancellations made before 15 days  of check-in: 30% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No-shows or early departures: No refunds will be given.
Modification of Reservation: Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you need to modify your reservation.

2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: Check-in time is from 1300hrs to 1600 hrs. Early or late check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out: Check-out time is 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. International travelers must provide a passport and visa details.

3. Guest Responsibilities
Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct and respect the property, other guests, and staff. Any form of disruptive behavior, damage, or theft will result in immediate termination of stay, with no refund, and potential legal action.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. In the event of damage, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
Personal Belongings: We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. It is recommended to store valuable items securely or in the safe provided.

4. Use of Facilities
Room Use: Our rooms are for the use of registered guests only. Any additional persons must be approved by management and may incur additional fees.
Common Areas: Guests are welcome to use the common areas and amenities provided by Nomadic Inn. Please ensure that these facilities are treated with care and left clean for other guests.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the property. Designated smoking areas are available outside. A cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.

5. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed 

6. Limitation of Liability
Personal Injury: Nomadic Inn is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from the use of our facilities or during your stay unless caused by our negligence.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
By using our services, you agree to our collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Govt. Of India . Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharamshala , Himachal Pradesh

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
